The spaces in which we dwell empower us. From the space of our body to our living and work spaces, these are the vehicles to access joy. And when we lovingly tend our dwellings with care, nourishment and delight, life becomes beautiful.
For the past two decades I’ve been on a journey of tending these sacred spaces. And I’ve found some tools, many rooted in ancient practices, to help others find radical self-love and joy. Mix this all together with my inherent Virgo-ness (organized, Earthy, heart-centered) I am most inspired when working with others to tend their own sacred spaces.
As an Ayurveda wellness coach I’ve learned to synch to the flow of nature and create pathways of healing, embodiment, and amplified intuition. In working with others I tap into practices like yoga, deep rest (like restorative yoga and Yoga Nidra), daily rituals, herbs, and nutrition. I also know that the spaces where we live and work can influence how we feel so have brought my passion for organizing into my offerings.
You can find me teaching yoga classes in Denver, leading retreats regionally and internationally, working one-on-one with others or snuggling my dog Bodhi. I am an E-RYT 500-hour Yoga Alliance Certified yoga teacher, an Ayurveda wellness guide certified through the Shakti School, a community partner of the Yoga Body Image Coalition and former co-owner of Mudra Yoga Studio in Denver.
