Your guides for the week – Tracey Lanham, Heather Lindemann, and other guest teachers – will lead practices of yoga asana (slow flow, restorative, Nidra, QiGong, Kundalini, and more), meditation, mudras, mantras and sacred ritual to create an experience of rest and renewal appropriate for all bodies. Attendees have the option to enjoy spa treatments or excursions (surfing, sea kayak, SUP, zip lining, bird watching and more).

Blue Spirit Costa Rica provides an extraordinary setting to all who are dedicated to spiritual transformation, personal development, and environmental sustainability. Perched on a hilltop that overlooks the Pacific Ocean and a three-mile long white sand beach that is protected as a turtle refuge – Blue Spirit offers a beautiful and natural setting on one of Costa Rica’s renowned white sand beaches, supporting our retreats, workshops, and trainings to be a deeply nurturing and unforgettable experience.

Autumn Sadhana: Reset & Renew (Online Course)

Autumn Sadhana: Reset & Renew (Online Course)

Create a simple, 3-day sadhana practiced in community with Heather featuring guest teacher Tracey Lanham

Sept. 25-Oct 19 (online course)

E-mail me to register! Or e-mail Tracey Lanham to sign up for Introduction to Tarot.

The autumn season is steeped in the elements of air and ether, a sweet and nourishing time for an intentional reset of our mind, body, and spirit. With the warmth and fiery flux of summer waning, we cross the threshold of the autumn equinox and, for many, we can feel this shift in profound ways. An autumn reset can ease this transition and allow us to tap more deeply into the flow.

This 4-week online gathering will guide you through the process of creating a 3-day autumn sadhana which, as a group, we will all do together. Sadhana is the Sanskrit word for a sacred ritual or “commitment” that is conducted for a period of time. By tapping into the practices of Ayurveda, yoga, meditation, Tarot and more, we’ll unveil ways in which you can transition through the autumn season with grace, intention, and ease. Your sadhana will be customized to fit your needs (it can be simple or more dynamic - it’s up to you!).

This series will be hosted on Monday nights (and one Thursday night) via Zoom from 6:30-8:30 p.m. MT. We are limiting the number of participants to maintain a sacred container. The 3-day sadhana will take place (roughly) from Oct. 12-19.

  • Sept. 25: How are you showing up? Qualities of the autumn (Vata) season and how it is showing up for you this year (and maybe in past years)

  • Oct. 2: What are you calling in? Creating a sacred sadhana, tapping tools of intuition

  • Oct. 9: What is your sadhana? Establishing your 3-day commitment

  • Oct. 19: What’s next? Post-sadhana discussion and what’s next

Contact Heather with questions or to register. Open to any and all bodies and beings. Investment of $108 for four sessions. More details on Zoom login will follow your registration.

As a way to enhance your Autumn Sadhana experience consider the following:

  • Sign-up for Intro to Tarot with Tracey Lanham: Tarot can be a powerful tool to enhance self awareness, support wellness and connect to Spirit and intuition.  During our sadhana, we’ll use the cards to guide our process and you might also choose to work with tarot cards as part of your 3-day commitment. If you’re new to tarot and want a foundation, Tracey’s Intro to Tarot class will provide you with the knowledge you need to confidently use the cards during our four weeks together.  Join Tracey online by Zoom on Saturday Sept. 23rd, 2:30-5:30pm to get acquainted with this amazing tool.  Email Tracey for more information and to register.

  • Join Heather and Tracey for a an Autumn Equinox workshop at Samadhi on Sept. 24th (register through the Samadhi website)

  • Participate in Heather’s mindful yoga retreat at Drala Mountain Center, Oct. 6-8 (register HERE)

A brief moment of balance before the days get shorter and nights longer, the fall equinox is a potent midpoint between the summer and winter solstices. It is a meaningful time to harvest that which we have been cultivating through the spring and summer months, to shed that which no longer serves and to sow the seeds that will be nurtured during the coming winter months. We’ll use the potent elements of earth and air as allies to aid the process.

Join Heather and Tracey for this special workshop where we will steep in nourishing practices of releasing, tending to our hearts and contemplating what’s next. In addition to a very gentle fusion of Kundalini, flow and restorative yoga practices, we will incorporate ceremony, meditation, journaling, intention setting, and ayurveda.

Individually, they bring a passionate, unique lens to the full spectrum of sacred practices.
