Turning Inward is a 90-minute online practice designed to help you slow down and reconnect with yourself. Blending yin yoga—where supported poses are held to gently release tension—with restorative yoga, which uses props to invite deep rest, this class offers a peaceful sanctuary from the pace of daily life. No special props are needed; pillows, blankets, and cushions from around your home work beautifully.
This is a free online program hosted through Drala Mountain Center, however, registration is required.
