Autumn Equinox Workshop: Earth & Air with Heather Lindemann & Tracey Erin Lanham
Sunday, September 24, 3-6pm
$50 or $42.50 for Sangha Monthly Members & Teacher Trainees
A brief moment of balance before the days get shorter and nights longer, the fall equinox is a potent midpoint between the summer and winter solstices. It is a meaningful time to harvest that which we have been cultivating through the spring and summer months, to shed that which no longer serves and to sow the seeds that will be nurtured during the coming winter months. We’ll use the potent elements of earth and air as allies to aid the process.
Join Heather and Tracey for this special workshop where we will steep in nourishing practices of releasing, tending to our hearts and contemplating what’s next. In addition to a very gentle fusion of Kundalini, flow and restorative yoga practices, we will incorporate ceremony, meditation, journaling, intention setting, and ayurveda.
Tracey & Heather, both E-RYT 500s, are life-long heart sisters who have taught and studied yoga together for over 25 years. Individually, they bring a passionate, unique lens to the full spectrum of sacred practices. Collectively they are seekers on the path who have studied vinyasa, restorative, Yin yoga, energetics, Tantra, tarot, mudras, meditation, ceremony and Ayurveda.
