Online Slow Flow & Restorative Yoga

Join me for a sweet, nourishing 75-minute online slow flow & restorative yoga class. Give your body, sprit, and soul a time to rest with the grace of some gentle movement followed by a deeply restful restorative yoga practice. Please have props on-hand including bolster/pillows, at least 3 blankets/towels of similar shape and thickness, and eye cover (eye pillow, scarf, or towel). Bring blocks if you have them but not required. No prior yoga experience necessary, appropriate for all bodies & beings. Gratitude to Buffalo & Sparrow for hosting!
