The Winter Solstice is a time for deep introspection when we embrace the profound potential of stillness and plant the seeds that will be nurtured by the coming rising light.

Join Tracey and Heather for this sweet, soul nourishing virtual gathering where we will welcome the longest night of the year with ceremony, community, and rest. We will circle together for a sacred ceremony and intention setting designed to honor the season then dive into a deeply restful restorative yoga journey. Open to all beings and bodies. Prior to the event you will receive a bundle of the supplies you will need to build your Winter Solstice altar and participate in the ceremony.

Please register by December 16th to allow time for you to pick-up/receive your supplies (if you are not local to Denver, please register ASAP as we will need to mail your supplies). $50 per person (includes your Winter Solstice bundle of supplies), space is limited.
