December Online Slow Flow & Restorative Yoga

Join me for a sweet, nourishing 75-minute online slow flow & restorative yoga class. Give your body, sprit, and soul a time to rest with the grace of some gentle movement followed by a deeply restful restorative yoga practice. No prior yoga experience necessary, appropriate for all bodies & beings. 

YOU MUST PRE-REGISTER FOR THIS CLASS

Please have props on-hand including bolster/pillows, at least 3 blankets/towels of similar shape and thickness, and eye cover (eye pillow, scarf, or towel). Bring blocks if you have them but not required.
